Option1

If you currently pay your bill online and want to continue:  

Just follow these steps.

 

  1. Under "Forgot your Password?" field, click the 'here' link.
  2. Enter the same username that you used to log in on our previous payment site.
  3. Click 'send password' and your temporary password will be emailed to you.
  4. Return to the Home page.  Log in using your username and temporary password.
  5. Once you log in to bill payment, you can change your password, view your account information, enroll in bank draft and sign up to view your bill online. 

 

Option 2

If you do not currently pay your bill online but want to do so:  

Just follow these steps.

 

  1. Have your Customer Number and Account Number available.  Both numbers are on your paper bill.
  2. Click on the 'Register' button.
  3. Select a username and password.  Enter your first and last name as well as your email address.  You will be sent an authentication email with a link.
  4. Click on the link in the email to complete the enrollment process.
  5. Once you log in to bill payment, you can view your account information, enroll in bank draft, and sign up to view your bill online.

  Change Password

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select 'Change Profile / Manage Password' from the main page.
  3. Then select 'Manage Password'
  4. Enter your current password in the 'Current Password' field and your new password in the 'New Password' and 'Confirm New Password' fields.
  5. Click on 'Update'

    If your account becomes locked:

  1. If your account becomes locked after invalid log in attempts, wait 60 minutes and try again. 
  2. You can also request a password reminder if you have forgotten your password.
